SHIPPING

Most items have a 2-3 business day TAT time before shipping unless you are ordering a preorder item or a customized order, those items will ship in 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS.  If you place an order that has both RTS  and custom/preorder then the RTS will ship out when the custom items are ready!

 

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, jewelry, Gift Cards, & holiday related items!

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at funkyfreshrags@gmail.com about your return. Once you have returned the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds/Store Credit

In case something does not work out quite right for you, all items must be shipped/returned unwashed, unworn, free of perfumes, smoke, and with original tags within 15 days of the date received for online store credit only; no refunds will be granted unless the items are received damaged. At that point we require that you reach out within 48 hrs via email with pictures of the damaged items.  shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All sales are final on sale merchandise, jewelry, & holiday related items!
