Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All preorder items are NON RETURNABLE!
CANCELLATION POLICY
All preorder items/orders must be cancelled within 24hrs!
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, & free of perfumes or smoke and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at funkyfreshrags@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you need to return the items at your cost to 151 West Dallas Ave. Cooper, Tx 75432. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at funkyfreshrags@gmail.com about your return. Once you have returned the item you are wanting to exchange , and once the return is accepted, we will issue you a store credit & you can make a separate purchase for the new item on the website.
If your exchange is for a preorder shoe product & the size doesn’t fit properly then you can return those back to us at your cost & we will order the correct size but they will still have the normal TAT.
Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
